Feedback

We care about your opinion!

The Pro SMP is a Minecraft Network for you and your friends. That’s why your feedback is crucial to us.
For nearly every change to the rules or to the gameplay (some exceptions apply, continue to read for more information), we first make a poll in our Discord community to check what you think.

Polls have the following rules:

  • At least 51% of the votes on a poll have to be ‘yes’ in order for the poll to pass. A 50/50 situation will result into the poll being rejected;
  • Polls will be open for at least 24 hours;
  • Polls can be rejected regardless of the final results in case we determine that the topic of the poll is contrary to the rules or or technically not possible;
  • Polls can be suggested by the community in the #feedback channel in our Discord community, but there is no guarantee that the poll will be created;
  • Vote manipulation is strictly disallowed, do not reward or punish people for their vote and do not (try to) manipulate others;
  • Votes placed after the poll was closed aren’t valid and won’t be counted;
  • Everyone’s votes count equally as much, no matter if you’re a donator, staff member or just a normal member of the community;
  • In order to vote, you must have played on the server in the past 2 weeks.
    If you do not meet this criterium, the polls channel won’t be visible for you. After you played on the server, it can take up to 10 minutes in order to get access to the polls channel. Feel free to reach out to us if you still don’t have the ability to vote after all that.

When a poll gets closed, one of these 3 reactions will be added to them to indicate its status:

Red tickGray tickGreen tick

In case the admin team has to make a change in an emergency situation or if it doesn’t affect normal players, a poll doesn’t have to be made.
