Mob griefing

tsssssssSSSSSSSSSSSSSSssssssssssBOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM and there goes your beautiful house… Oh, and that water that ruined your redstone contraption because an enderman decided to take away that dirt block… Can we please collectively agree that mobs shouldn’t make our creations their target?

Minecraft shouldn’t be about constantly repairing your creations and having a horde of creeper holes at random places. That’s why mob griefing by creepers and endermen is disabled on the classic server.
This isn’t accomplished by the gamerule that disables all forms of mob griefing. Mob griefing by other mobs is unaffected by this.
