Note: only players with the trusted role or above can use WorldEdit.
WorldEdit
One of the most powerful Minecraft plugins for every builder is WorldEdit. WorldEdit has such a large range of features that it’s too much to all elaborate on our own wiki. That’s why for the usage of WorldEdit we’d like to refer you to the wiki of WorldEdit by clicking here.
Unlike many other Minecraft creative servers, you can use WorldEdit as much as you want for no cost at all on The Pro SMP Network! For safety reasons some WorldEdit features might be disabled, although we try to keep as many features as possible enabled. When working on your plot with other people, you must give them the ‘trusted’ trust level before they can use WorldEdit*. Only players with trusted role can use WorldEdit. You can completely enable WorldEdit on your plot by setting the no-worldedit
plot flag to false.
In order to keep the negative impact of WorldEdit on the server’s performance as low as possible, chunks are processed on a different way than your Minecraft client expects us to. Large changes might not appear on your client, even though they are processed on the server’s side. The easiest fix for this is to teleport to the lobby via /lobby
and then rejoining the creative server via the portal over there.
* Make sure to backup your plot before doing this to avoid griefing, check here for more info.
Important: we expect you to use WorldEdit wisely and responsibly. Although (very extensive) limits are in place to avoid crashing the server, we still are asking you to not abuse our trust. Intentionally abusing WorldEdit in order to cause performance issues or server damage is a violation of our rules and can at least result into having your WorldEdit privileges being taken away.
